3.THE RANGE OF SERVICE AND WORKFLOW |
The workflow of import as agent is as follows:
 1.Sign the Agreement of Import Agency with customer,the rights and responsibilities of each party to be stipulated in the agreement. |
2. Assist customer to apply and obtain the Certificate of Tax Exemption for qualified goods as well as treating relevant affairs. |
3 .Analyze the background of foreign supplier, trade terms and so on according to the Purchase Agreement signed between the customer and the foreign supplier, sign import contract with foreign supplier and try to make the contract be favorable to the customer. |
4 .Do the works of bank remittance,opening L/C, exchanging foreign currency, payment under L/C and so on according to import contract. Give information of foreign exchange to customer and raise suggestions to avoid risks on foreign exchange. |
5. Deal with transportation and insurance for the imported goods. |
6. Fulfill jobs in Customs clearance, commodity inspection, and make sure that the goods arrive at destination on time. |
7. File possible claims because of quality defect of the goods or other reasons. |
8. Inform the customer about latest news of the business timely, in order for the customer to know the business and arrange relevant affairs. |
